An1688 (“we”, “us”, or “An1688.com”) respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and expects users of this website to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), An1688 has implemented procedures for receiving written notifications of claimed copyright infringement and for processing such claims in accordance with applicable law.

We will respond expeditiously to properly submitted DMCA notices regarding alleged copyright infringement occurring on or through An1688.com.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content available on An1688.com infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification including all of the following information:

1. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
2. A description of the material you claim is infringing and the specific URL or location of the material on An1688.com.
3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., fair use).
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe that content you submitted to An1688.com was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification. The counter-notification must include substantially the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you reside outside the United States, any judicial district in which An1688.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complaining party files a court action against you within ten (10) business days.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, An1688 maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or content sources that are repeat infringers.

Please note that knowingly submitting false or misleading information in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
